Building your profile is free. When you check out, your card is authorized, but you're only charged if a licensed provider reviews your information and approves your treatment.
A purchase doesn't guarantee a prescription. If your provider decides a treatment isn't appropriate, you aren't charged for it.
Not always. Many treatment evaluations can be completed through an online health questionnaire without a live appointment. A licensed provider reviews your information and may request a phone or video visit, additional details, or lab work depending on your treatment and state requirements.
Care is provided by licensed providers in the Beluga Health, P.A. network. Licensed providers make all consultation and prescribing decisions. Prescriptions are issued only after a provider reviews your information, and a purchase doesn't guarantee a prescription.
If you're prescribed, your prescription is filled and shipped by our pharmacy partner, The Pharmacy Hub.
We serve patients in 46 states. We do not currently provide services in Alaska, Mississippi, New Jersey or Texas.
Adults age 18 and older who meet the eligibility criteria for their program and are physically located in a state we serve. Your treating clinician must be authorized to provide care in the state where you're located, so tell your care team if your location changes.
Prescriptions are filled by The Pharmacy Hub, a licensed US pharmacy. Zepbound® and Wegovy® are FDA-approved brand-name medications made by their manufacturers.
In discreet packaging, straight to your door. Temperature-sensitive medications ship overnight with cold packs.
