Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of the website and administrative services offered by Zind Health LLC. Read them together with the Privacy Policy, Telemedicine Disclosure, and any program-specific terms shown before enrollment. Clinical services are subject to the treating medical practice’s own consent and care documents.

Agreement and eligibility

By accepting these Terms through the enrollment process, you agree to follow them. If you do not agree, do not enroll. Browsing general educational material does not establish a clinician-patient relationship. You must be at least 18 years old, meet the eligibility criteria stated for your program, provide accurate information, and have legal authority to agree to these Terms. Use clinical services only while physically located in a supported U.S. jurisdiction. Services are not offered to minors through this adult enrollment process.

Clinical independence

Zind Health LLC supports access to telehealth services through the FUSE Health Inc. platform. FUSE Health Inc. provides technology and non-clinical administrative services. Medical evaluations, diagnoses, treatment decisions, and prescriptions are provided by licensed healthcare professionals through Beluga Health, P.A., or another treating medical practice identified to you before care. Those professionals exercise independent clinical judgment. General website content is educational and is not individualized medical advice. Enrollment, payment, or a completed questionnaire does not guarantee clinical eligibility, a particular medication, a prescription, weight loss, or any other result. Your clinician may require tests or a live or in-person visit, decline treatment, change a treatment plan, or refer you to another provider.

Your responsibilities

Provide complete and accurate health information, including medications, allergies, relevant diagnoses, and your current physical location. Tell your care team about material changes and follow the instructions given with prescribed medications. Contact your clinician about side effects or treatment questions.

Keep login credentials confidential. Do not share accounts, misrepresent your identity or location, submit fraudulent information, interfere with systems, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service for unlawful activity.

Medication and fulfillment

Prescriptions, when clinically appropriate, are filled by a licensed dispensing pharmacy. Its identity and contact information will be supplied through prescription or fulfillment communications and the medication label. Pharmacy availability and shipping may vary by location and treatment.

Use medications only as directed for the person named on the prescription. Refill requests require any necessary clinical review and are not guaranteed. If compounded medications are offered, they are not FDA-approved and are not the same products as branded FDA-approved medications.

Fees and enrollment disclosures

Your program price is the amount shown at checkout for the specific program, dose, quantity, and service period you select. Before you authorize your card, checkout will identify the total price, included services, and any separately charged consultation, medication, laboratory, or shipping costs. At checkout, your card is authorized only; payment is not captured or collected at that time. Your card will be charged only after a licensed healthcare provider approves treatment. No single price applies to every program. Insurance coverage or reimbursement is not guaranteed.

If a provider does not approve treatment or determines that a prescription is not appropriate, your card will not be charged and the authorization hold will be released. The time it takes for the hold to disappear from your account depends on your bank or card issuer. An authorization does not guarantee treatment or a prescription.

If you select a recurring plan, the renewal amount, billing frequency, first charge date, and next renewal date will be disclosed before you authorize recurring payments. Renewals occur on the schedule you accept at checkout. Recurring charges require your affirmative consent; accepting these Terms alone does not authorize them. Any material price change will be disclosed, and additional consent obtained when required by law. You may cancel future renewals by emailing hello@zindhealth.com from the email address associated with your account and stating that you wish to cancel. Send your request before the next scheduled charge to prevent that renewal. Cancellation is effective when we receive your identifiable request; you do not need to wait for a confirmation to make it effective. We will confirm cancellation and stop future recurring charges. Any charge processed after an effective cancellation for a subsequent renewal will be refunded.

Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically reverse a completed consultation, an already provided service, or an order already in preparation or fulfillment. Contact us promptly if you also want to cancel an existing order. We will check its status with the clinical team and dispensing pharmacy. Any retained amount for work already performed or costs already committed must be supported by the terms disclosed before purchase and permitted by law. We will refund amounts for unprovided services and unfulfilled items that can be canceled without such costs. Unused medication or choosing not to use a completed service does not by itself establish a right to a refund; applicable consumer and patient rights remain in effect. If an order is incorrect, damaged, missing, or delayed, email hello@zindhealth.com with your order details so we can coordinate with the dispensing pharmacy or fulfillment provider. Do not use damaged or questionable medication, and do not mail medication back without pharmacy instructions. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where warranted or required by law. A delay alone does not establish that medication has been lost or that an order has been canceled.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method unless another lawful method is agreed. Bank and payment-processor posting times may vary. We will communicate the approved amount and status. These terms do not limit any mandatory refund, cancellation, or dispute right.

Electronic communications and privacy

We may send administrative communications using the contact details you provide. Use the clinical communication channel supplied by your care team for medical questions. Email is not an emergency service and may not be secure. Marketing permissions and any consent for automated calls or text messages must be obtained separately where required.

The Privacy Policy explains website and administrative information handling. The treating medical practice and pharmacy provide their applicable privacy notices. Separate informed consent is obtained for telehealth when required.

Service limitations and emergencies

Technical problems and interruptions may occur. If a connection fails during care, follow the backup instructions supplied by your clinician. Telehealth is not suitable for every condition and may require an in-person alternative.

This service does not provide emergency care. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department for a medical emergency. Do not wait for an email or portal response.

Content and third parties

Zind Health LLC or its licensors own the website content and branding, except where otherwise identified. You may use content for your personal, lawful use, but may not reproduce it commercially or misuse trademarks without permission.

Independent providers and external websites may have separate terms. Their clinical or professional responsibilities are governed by applicable law and their arrangements with you.

Suspension and changes

We may restrict access for fraud, misuse, security concerns, or other lawful reasons. Any interruption affecting active treatment must be handled with the treating medical practice in accordance with its continuity-of-care obligations. Restrictions do not remove rights to medical records or other rights protected by law. We may revise these Terms prospectively and will provide notice or request renewed acceptance when required. Material price or renewal changes must be disclosed as required before they take effect. No provision limits a nonwaivable consumer or patient right.
